I. GENERAL INFORMATION

In compliance with the duty of information set out in Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), of 11 July, the following general information data about this website is provided below:

II. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

The purpose of the conditions: The Website
The purpose of these General Terms of Use (hereinafter, the Terms) is to regulate access to and use of the Website. For the purposes of these Terms, the Website shall be understood as: the external appearance of the screen interfaces, both statically and dynamically, that is, the navigation tree; and all the elements integrated both in the screen interfaces and in the navigation tree (hereinafter, the Content) and all those online services or resources that it may offer to Users (hereinafter, the Services).

Quantiq Labs LLC reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Website and of the Content and Services that may be incorporated into it. The User acknowledges and accepts that at any time Quantiq Labs LLC may interrupt, deactivate, and/or cancel any of these elements that are integrated into the Website or access to them.

Apart from the cost of connection through the telecommunications network supplied by the access provider, which the User may have contracted, some of the Content or Services offered by Quantiq Labs LLC or, where applicable, by third parties through the Website may be subject to prior contracting of the Content or Service, in which case the corresponding General or Particular Conditions governing it will be clearly specified and/or made available to the User.

The Website (Invitatis) of Quantiq Labs LLC provides a great diversity of information, services, and data. The User assumes responsibility for making correct use of the Website. This responsibility shall extend to:

A use of the information, Content, and/or Services and data offered by Quantiq Labs LLC that is not contrary to the provisions of these Terms, the Law, morality, or public order, or that may in any other way entail harm to the rights of third parties or to the very functioning of the Website.

In any case, Quantiq Labs LLC will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by Users through comments or other blogging or participation tools that may exist.

Users agree to resolve any type of conflict that arises between them regarding the content they publish on the Quantiq Labs LLC website without the intermediation of Quantiq Labs LLC.

Users waive the right to exercise any type of action against Quantiq Labs LLC in order to defend their image, intellectual property, and private life, for the data they publish on Quantiq Labs LLC.

Mere access to this Website does not imply establishing any type of commercial relationship between Quantiq Labs LLC and the User.

The User declares to be of legal age and to have sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these Terms. Therefore, this Website of Quantiq Labs LLC is not aimed at minors. Quantiq Labs LLC disclaims any responsibility for non-compliance with this requirement.

Invitatis.com uses the services provided by Youtube, whereby the user accepts the terms and conditions of service of Youtube (see here) https://www.youtube.com/t/terms and the privacy policy of Google (see here) https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Invitatis.com uses the services provided by Spotify, whereby the user accepts the terms and conditions of service of Spotify (see here) https://www.spotify.com/legal/end-user-agreement/ and the privacy policy of Spotify (see here) https://www.spotify.com/legal/privacy-policy/.

Digital invitations / wedding website

Quantiq Labs LLC offers a service, through the Invitatis portal, for creating digital wedding invitations consisting of a wedding website. The user accepts that the digital wedding invitations and wedding websites created on Invitatis are the property of Quantiq Labs LLC and that the user cannot claim ownership rights over them.

The user accepts that the digital wedding invitations and wedding websites created on Invitatis may be deleted by Quantiq Labs LLC at any time without prior notice.

The validity period of the digital wedding invitations and wedding websites created on Invitatis is until 1 day after the date of the event, and it will have a maximum date for the event of 18 months. Once the day after the event is reached, the invitation/website will display a thank-you message to the guests, and within a period of 30 days its data will be deleted, including the RSVP responses of the guests as well as other data that Quantiq Labs LLC considers sensitive or that causes computational or storage consumption in the system.

The digital wedding invitations and wedding websites created on Invitatis.com are not reusable. Once the date of the event is reached, the digital wedding invitation and wedding website will end and they cannot be reused for future events.

The user can delete their invitation/website at any time, but once deleted it cannot be recovered. If the user has already paid for that invitation/website, in order to delete it they must contact Quantic Labs LLC at the email contacto@invitatis.com. Invitatis.com is not responsible for the deletion of invitations/websites by the user.

III. ACCESS TO AND NAVIGATION OF THE WEBSITE: EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

Quantiq Labs LLC does not guarantee the continuity, availability, and usefulness of the Website, nor of the Content or Services. Quantiq Labs LLC will do everything possible for the proper functioning of the Website; however, it is not responsible for and does not guarantee that access to this Website will be uninterrupted or that it is free of error.

Nor is it responsible for or does it guarantee that the content or software that may be accessed through this Website is free of error or causes harm to the User's computer system (software and hardware). In no case will Quantiq Labs LLC be responsible for losses, damages, or harm of any kind arising from access to, navigation of, and use of the Website, including, but not limited to, those caused to computer systems or those provoked by the introduction of viruses.

Quantiq Labs LLC is also not responsible for the damages that may be caused to users by inappropriate use of this Website. In particular, it is in no way responsible for the outages, interruptions, lack of, or defect in telecommunications that may occur.

VI. LEGAL ACTIONS, APPLICABLE LEGISLATION, AND JURISDICTION

Non-compliance by Users with the GT may lead to the partial or total closure of their account on Invitatis.

Quantiq Labs LLC reserves the right to bring the civil or criminal actions it deems necessary for the improper use of the Website and Content, or for non-compliance with these Terms.

The relationship between the User and Quantiq Labs LLC will be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. Should any controversy arise in relation to the interpretation and/or application of these Terms, the parties will submit their disputes to the ordinary jurisdiction, submitting to the judges and courts that correspond in accordance with the law.

VII. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

  1. If any clause included in these GT is declared, in whole or in part, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will affect only that provision or the part of it that turns out to be null or ineffective, with the GT remaining in force in all other respects, with such provision, or the part of it that is affected, being deemed not included.

All notifications, requirements, requests, and other communications that must be made by the parties in relation to these GT must be made in writing and will be understood to have been duly made when they have been delivered by hand or sent by ordinary mail to the address of the other party or to its email, or to any other address or email that each party may indicate to the other for these purposes.
